Hours come from the temple's own site where it publishes them, and otherwise from its verified Google Maps listing. Temples change their timings for festivals and for the seasons without announcing it, so telephone ahead if the trip depends on it.

What this temple is known for
The largest Khatu Shyam temple in Delhi, and not by a small margin: it has around nine thousand reviews on Google against under six hundred for the next biggest. The trust displays a set of charan chinh, the footprints of Shyam Baba, cast in 2,100 kg of ashta-dhatu, the traditional eight-metal alloy. There is a food court and shops on the campus.
Worth knowing before you go
The temple's own website reads like a prospectus for a planned complex of 36 dhams, a dharamshala and a nineteen-storey building. That plan is a proposal; the shrine itself has been open and busy for years. Delhi has at least a dozen other Khatu Shyam temples, the next largest being in Dwarka and Hari Nagar Ashram.
Festivals here
This temple does not publish a calendar of its own. Shyam Baba is honoured on the same days everywhere: Phalgun Mela in spring, the janmotsav on Devuthani Ekadashi, and every Shukla Ekadashi. Crowds in Delhi follow those dates.
The original temple
The shrine all of these follow is in Khatu in Sikar district, Rajasthan, where the head of Barbarika is said to have been found.
